Chez Diarra provides catering, decor and entertainment for special events. Head Chef Idrissa Diarra prepares a myriad of classic West and North African specialties, creating unforgettable and delicious culinary experiences!

We will work with you and in choosing various food and scenarios for your special dinner, cocktail party, wedding or celebration to ensure a great dining experience for a reasonable price. Choose from soups, lamb, beef, chicken, and seafood dishes.

African linens and music can be curated to create your desired experience.

-Nem (lamb or shrimp rolls with lettuce wraps)

– Fataya (tilapia or salmon mixed with spices wrapped in pastry)

– Mafe (peanut sauce cooked with lamb and seasonal vegetables)

– Yassa (chicken or fish marinated and cooked in lemon and onions)

– Couscous Royale (couscous served with vegetables and lamb)

– And an assortment of grilled meats, fish, and other specialties to suit every palette.
